AWARDS

The Society supports many projects that contribute to the development and appreciation of arts in the community. These projects range from commissioning a one-woman play, donating sculpture to the city and sponsoring prizes for competitive art shows, to funding children's summer art programs, and providing scholarships for continuing studies in the arts to talented young persons of Sarasota County whose studies include visual arts, performing arts, creative writing, architecture, and related endeavors.
